Add 6-8 drops of Lemon to your diffuser to create a soothing and calming atmosphere. Encourages deep relaxation and helps to relieve the symptoms of coughs and colds.
Add up to 5 drops of Lemon per 10 ml of blending oil, or 2 drops per 10ml for a facial blend. Particularly helpful when used on areas prone to cellulite, or on oily and congested skin.
